Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or in-transit damaged packages. Once orders are shipped, they are under the responsibility of USPS, or selected mail carrier, with official record being your tracking information. All customers claiming damage will be required to submit a damage claim directly with USPS or selected mail carrier company and follow their instructions.
*Please double check your shipping address before you submit all orders. Incorrect addresses submitted cannot be refunded. You may purchase a new shipping label to have your package reshipped at an additional price, if it is returned to us. Shipping charges are non refundable.
